I established BPC in 2005 to provide truly independent commercial property advice for investors and occupiers.    

Most businesses affected by property have projects or issues that require special attention.  Sometimes it is a short term need to supplement normal resources available.  With more than 30 years experience of UK and overseas real estate markets, I am able to successfully provide that focussed, professional and experienced support, on a flexible needs basis. 

In the last 4 years BPC has acted for a wide range of clients, from small expanding businesses to major UK corporates and from private investors to pension funds.

All my clients can rely on receiving a highly personal service, with sensitivity to the operational and governance implications of property decisions – an awareness gained as an executive director of various businesses and non executive chairman of the country’s largest sixth form college.
